IS IT TIME CONSUMING?
In the days prior to our live event, you will receive reflection and analysis exercises to do on your own time. Each should not take more than 15 to 20 minutes. Our live workshop sessions will take place on April 1st and 2nd from 10am to 11:30 CT. These powerful sessions will completely transform your relationship with performance anxiety. You can attend live, or watch the replays whenever convenient for you. The whole program can be done at a pace that works for you, and you will always have the private Facebook group if you need questions answered or support.
